How To Make Caprese Stuffed Avocados

Mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil are loaded up on these stuffed avocados. Balsamic glaze finishes it off and gives this dish a nice Italian touch.

  • 2avocados
  • 8mozzarella balls
  • 3basil leaves,chopped
  • 6cherry tomatoes,cut in half
  • balsamic glaze


  1. Cut avocados in half.

  2. Spoon out a little more of the avocado and fill with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes.

  3. Top with basil pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve right away. Enjoy!
