Mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil are loaded up on these stuffed avocados. Balsamic glaze finishes it off and gives this dish a nice Italian touch.

- 2avocados
- 8mozzarella balls
- 3basil leaves,chopped
- 6cherry tomatoes,cut in half
- balsamic glaze

Cut avocados in half.

Spoon out a little more of the avocado and fill with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes.

Top with basil pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve right away. Enjoy!
