  • 2large heirloom tomatoes,chopped
  • 4ozBurrata cheese,(2 balls) cut into ¾-inch pieces
  • 2tbspfresh basil,chopped, or to taste

For Dressing:

  • 5tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 3tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ½tsphoney
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Instructions
