Easy to throw together salad or side dish that you will want to make it often.

How To Make Broccoli Raisin Salad

This light salad is perfect for a single mean. It combines bits of broccoli, bacon, red onion, sunflower seeds and tangy raisins.

Salad:

  • 2 cups broccoli (or 1 bunch, Use Only The Tops)
  • ⅔ cup raisins
  • 1 jar Real Bacon pieces (Or ½ Cup Crumbled Bacon)
  • ½ cup red onion (Chopped )
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

Dressing:

  • ½ cup salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Salad:

  1. Toss all ingredients a bowl. For best results salad may be assembled the night before you serve it

Dressing:

  1. Combine all ingredients for the dresssing. Pour it over the salad just as you are about to serve. (Do not pour it over the salad and let it wait overnigh).
