How To Make Broccoli Raisin Salad
This light salad is perfect for a single mean. It combines bits of broccoli, bacon, red onion, sunflower seeds and tangy raisins.

Ingredients
Salad:
- 2 cups broccoli , or 1 bunch, Use Only The Tops
- ⅔ cup raisins
- 1 jar Real Bacon pieces, Or ½ Cup Crumbled Bacon
- ½ cup red onion, Chopped
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
- ½ cup salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
Salad:

Toss all ingredients a bowl. For best results salad may be assembled the night before you serve it
Dressing:

Combine all ingredients for the dresssing. Pour it over the salad just as you are about to serve. (Do not pour it over the salad and let it wait overnigh).
