How To Make Broccoli Pasta Salad

Put together a quick side dish with this broccoli pasta salad, tossed in sour cream dressing and topped with bacon bits to complete every bite.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4cupsbroccoli,cut into small pieces
  • 8ozrotini pasta,or short pasta
  • cupred onion,diced
  • ½cupcranberries,dried
  • ¼cupsunflower seeds
  • 8bacon slices,cooked and crumbled
  • ½cupfeta cheese,optional

For Dressing:

  • 2tspsugar
  • 3tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • ¾cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupsour cream
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to a larger bowl.

  4. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
