How To Make Broccoli Grape Salad

A creamy dressing completes this broccoli grape salad that’s full of fresh and crisp ingredients- grape, cucumber, bacon, and broccoli.

For Salad:

  • 6ozbacon,browned, chopped
  • ¼cuppine nuts,toasted, or sunflower seeds
  • 1lbbroccoli crowns,(2 medium heads) cut into small florets
  • ½English cucumber,sliced
  • cupsred grapes,seedless, halved
  • ¼cupred onion,finely chopped

For Dressing:

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbsplemon juice,or added to taste
  • 1tbspgranulated sugar
  • ¼tspsalt,or to taste
  • ¼tspblack pepper


  1. Brown bacon in a skillet then remove to a plate using a slotted spoon. In a separate, dry skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden and fragrant, tossing often (3 minutes), then transfer to a plate. 

  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped broccoli, sliced cucumber, halved grapes, diced onion, browned bacon and toasted pine nuts.

  3. In a separate small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

  4. Mix the dressing into the salad & serve.
