A creamy dressing completes this broccoli grape salad that’s full of fresh and crisp ingredients- grape, cucumber, bacon, and broccoli.

For Salad:
- 6ozbacon,browned, chopped
- ¼cuppine nuts,toasted, or sunflower seeds
- 1lbbroccoli crowns,(2 medium heads) cut into small florets
- ½English cucumber,sliced
- 1½cupsred grapes,seedless, halved
- ¼cupred onion,finely chopped
For Dressing:
- ½cupmayonnaise
- 2tbsplemon juice,or added to taste
- 1tbspgranulated sugar
- ¼tspsalt,or to taste
- ¼tspblack pepper
Instructions

Brown bacon in a skillet then remove to a plate using a slotted spoon. In a separate, dry skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden and fragrant, tossing often (3 minutes), then transfer to a plate.Â

In a medium bowl, combine chopped broccoli, sliced cucumber, halved grapes, diced onion, browned bacon and toasted pine nuts.

In a separate small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

Mix the dressing into the salad & serve.
