  • 8cupsbroccoli,washed and chopped
  • 4green onions,sliced, or ¼ cup red onion
  • ½cupdried cranberries
  • 1green apple,diced
  • 2tsplemon juice,fresh
  • cuppecans,chopped, optional

For Dressing:

  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • cupsour cream
  • 1tbspcider vinegar
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1tbspsugar
  • 1tsppoppy seeds
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.

  2. Chop the apple, then toss them with the fresh lemon juice.

  3. Place the apples in a bowl with the broccoli, green onions, dried cranberries, green apple, and pecans in a large bowl.

  4. Toss with the dressing until well mixed.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. Serve, and enjoy!
