
How To Make Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 5bacon slices,or more to taste
- 1fresh broccoli head,diced
- 1cauliflower head,chopped
- ¾cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- ¼red onion,chopped
- ½cupcreamy salad dressing,such as Miracle Whip®
- ½cupwhite sugar
- 2tbspwhite vinegar
Instructions

Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.

Stir the broccoli, cauliflower, Cheddar cheese, and onion together in a large bowl.

Whisk the creamy salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar together in a separate bowl until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
