
How To Make Big Mac Salad With Dressing
This big mac salad recipe will surely satisfy your cravings. Made with lean beef, lettuce, Velveeta cheese, and finished off with a light mayo dressing.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1iceberg lettuce head,washed and chopped
- 1lbslean ground beef
- 4tbspdehydrated onion flakes
- 2dill pickles,sliced
- 1cupVelveeta cheese,or cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2sesame seed hamburger buns
For the Dressing:
- ½cupmayo
- 2tbspketchup
- 2tbspdill pickle,chopped
- 1tspwhite vinegar
- 1½tspsugar
- 1½tbspchili sauce,or French dressing
- 2tspdehydrated onion flakes
- 3tbspmilk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place 4 tablespoons of dehydrated onion flakes in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside.

Prepare the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients except milk in a small bowl. Microwave for 25 seconds, stir well, and refrigerate. Once cool, add in milk until desired consistency is reached.

To prepare croutons, use a small circle cookie cutter to cut small circles out of the buns.

Place the croutons on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or until crisp and dry. Allow it to cool.

Brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any fat and set it aside.

Place ¼ of the lettuce in each bowl. Top with beef, pickles, 1 tablespoon of rehydrated onions, cheese, and croutons. Drizzle with dressing.
