  • 4 cups of frozen peas
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked peas with the crumbled bacon.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Pour the dressing over the peas and bacon mixture, tossing gently to coat.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
