How To Make Bacon & Roast Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread the sliced onions on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or until the onions are caramelized and golden brown.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.

Add the crumbled bacon and caramelized onions to the bowl and toss to combine.
