How To Make Avocado Salad

Go back to basics and learn how to make a scrumptious, but super easy avocado salad! It comes with juicy tomatoes and fresh herbs for a tasty plate.

  • 3avocados,ripe
  • 1lime
  • 2cupscherry tomatoes,halved
  • ½cupred onion,sliced
  • ¼cupfresh cilantro,or parsley, chopped
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1garlic clove,minced
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Cut the tomatoes and onions. Set aside.

  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, then dice.

  3. Squeeze fresh lime over avocados and gently toss to combine.

  4. Add the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to the avocados, then gently stir.

  5. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  6. Serve, and enjoy!
