This delicious pasta salad is tossed with crisp bacon, cherry tomatoes, and green onions, then dressed with creamy avocado lime dressing.

Ingredients
For Salad:
- 8ozpasta,rotini or bow tie
- 1cupcherry tomatoes,diced
- 8slicesbacon,cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1green onion,thinly sliced
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped
- 1avocado,diced
- 1tsplime juice
For Dressing:
- 1ripe avocado
- ½fresh lime,juiced
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped
- ½tspcumin
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½cupbuttermilk
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water.

Toss diced avocado with lime juice.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl gently toss with dressing.
