How To Make Avocado Egg Salad
Adding avocados to the traditional egg salad is a nice twist to this delicious side dish. Top with lettuce and tomatoes for a fresh taste.

Ingredients
- 6hard boiled eggs
- 1avocado
- 2tspfresh lemon Juice
- ¼cupmayonnaise
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- 1tbspchives,thinly sliced
- 2tomatoes
- lettuce
- 12slicesbacon,cooked crisp
- salt & pepper,to taste
Instructions

Mash ½ of the avocado with lemon juice.

Add egg yolks, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chives. Combine until smooth.

Chop egg whites. Dice remaining ½ of the avocado. Stir egg whites and avocado into the egg yolk mixture.

Top each flatbread with lettuce, tomato slices, 2 slices of bacon and the avocado egg salad mixture.
