For Dressing

  • cupDijon mustard

For Salad

  • 12ozspring mix greens
  • 1fuji apple,sliced into very thin wedges
  • ¾cupcrumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • cupwalnuts,roughly chopped
  • cupdried cranberries
  • ½red onion,thinly sliced
