
How To Make Asian Salad with Peanut Dressing
Best served cold, our Asian salad recipe is healthy and delicious, made with crisp and fresh veggies, tossed in a flavorful and creamy peanut dressing!

Ingredients
For Salad:
- 6cupscabbage,shredded, such as green and red cabbages
- 1cupmatchstick carrots,roughly chopped
- 1red bell pepper,diced into matchsticks
- ½cupgreen onions,sliced
- ⅓cupcilantro,chopped
For Dressing:
- ⅓cupnatural creamy peanut butter
- 2tbspfresh lime juice
- 1½tbsprice vinegar
- 1½tbspsoy sauce
- 2tbsphoney
- 1½tbspbrown sugar,packed
- 1½tspsesame oil
- 1tspSriracha sauce
- 2tspginger,peeled, finely minced
- 1garlic clove,large, finely minced
- salt,to taste, optional
- sesame seeds,to garnish, optional
Instructions

Add all the salad ingredients to a medium salad bowl and toss.

In a mixing bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients until well combined. Season with a little salt, if preferred.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
For faster preparation, make the salad and dressing portion ahead of time. Just refrigerate both separately and add the dressing when ready to serve. Also, don’t add the dressing to the full portion if you don’t plan to eat it all right away, just add to individual servings.
