For Salad:
- 3cupscucumbers,peeled, seeded and sliced
- ¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
- ½cupred bell pepper,chopped
For Dressing:
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbsprice vinegar
- 1tbsptoasted sesame oil
- 2tsphoney
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped, or sliced green onion
- 1tbspsesame seeds
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Place the cucumbers, red onion, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
