- 1romaine heart,chopped
- 1cupgreen cabbage,thinly sliced
- 1cuppurple cabbage,thinly sliced
- 1red pepper,thinly sliced
- 1cupbean sprouts
- 1cupsnap peas,sliced
- 1cupcarrots,julienned
- 2green onions,thinly sliced
For Serving:
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped
- ⅓cupsesame ginger dressing,store bought or homemade
- 1tspsesame oil
- ¼cupalmonds,toasted
- 1tbspsesame seeds

Wash, prep and chop all vegetables

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast almonds for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
