  • 1romaine heart,chopped
  • 1cupgreen cabbage,thinly sliced
  • 1cuppurple cabbage,thinly sliced
  • 1red pepper,thinly sliced
  • 1cupbean sprouts
  • 1cupsnap peas,sliced
  • 1cupcarrots,julienned
  • 2green onions,thinly sliced

For Serving:

  • 2tbspcilantro,chopped
  • cupsesame ginger dressing,store bought or homemade
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • ¼cupalmonds,toasted
  • 1tbspsesame seeds


  1. Wash, prep and chop all vegetables

  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast almonds for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

  3. Combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing.

  4. Top with toasted almonds, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
