- 2cupscabbage,shredded
- ½cupcarrots,shredded
- 1mango,not fully ripe
- 3mediumscallions,chopped
- 3tbsprice vinegar
- ½lime,juiced
- 1tbsplow sodium soy sauce
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1tspblack and white sesame seeds
Instructions

Julienne the mango.

Combine with the cabbage, carrots, scallions and toss together in a large bowl.

Prepare the dressing by whisking together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and lime juice; slowly whisk in the oil.
