Ingredients

  • 2cupscabbage,shredded
  • ½cupcarrots,shredded
  • 1mango,not fully ripe
  • 3mediumscallions,chopped
  • 3tbsprice vinegar
  • ½lime,juiced
  • 1tbsplow sodium soy sauce
  • 1tbspsesame oil
  • 1tspblack and white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Julienne the mango.

  2. Combine with the cabbage, carrots, scallions and toss together in a large bowl.

  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and lime juice; slowly whisk in the oil.

  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.

  5. Let it sit at least 15 to 20 minutes to let the dressing soak in.

  6. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
