- ¼cupblue cheese,crumbled
- 2tbsppistachios,shelled
- Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 1tspPOM Wonderful pomegranate juice
- 1tspbalsamic vinegar
- 2tspextra virgin olive oil
- salt and fresh pepper

Whisk vinegar, pomegranate juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
