- 1cupcannellini beans,rinsed and drained
- ¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
- ½cupparmesan cheese,shaved
- 2tbsppine nuts,toasted
- 1tbspparsley,chopped
For the Dressing:
- 4tbspolive oil
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 1tspdijon mustard
- Salt and pepper,to taste
