Arugula Salad with Parmesan, Lemon and Olive Oil Recipe

How To Make Arugula Salad with Parmesan, Lemon and Olive Oil

Arugula has a very distinct leafy and greeny flavor. For this recipe we made it into a salad with some lemon and olive oil flavors with a touch of parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 2ozbaby arugulafresh
  • 2tbspParmesanfreshly-grated
  • 2tspolive oil
  • 2tsplemon juicefreshly-squeezed
  • 1tspblack pepperfreshly-cracked

Instructions

  1. Add arugula and Parmesan to a large mixing bowl.  Drizzle evenly with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with black pepper.  Toss until combined.

  2. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
