How To Make Amazing Brown Rice Salad Recipe

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced )
  • ½ cup celery (diced )
  • ¼ cup cranberries (dried )
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Stir in rice, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done.
  4. Transfer rice to a serving bowl, and stir in onion, celery, cranberries, and salad dressing.
  5. Cover, refrigerate, and serve cold.
