How To Make Lemon Crumb Muffin

The zesty aromas and flavors of lemon are the perfect balance to the sweetness of this crumb muffin. It even comes with a smooth lemon glaze.

For Muffin:

  • 3cupsflour
  • 2cupssugar
  • ¼tspbaking soda
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 4eggs
  • 1cupsour cream
  • 1cupbutter,melted
  • 1tbsplemon peel,grated
  • 1tbsplemon juice

For Topping:

  • ½cupflour
  • ½cupsugar
  • 3tbspbutter,cubed

For Glaze:

  • cuplemon juice
  • ½cuppowdered sugar



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

    3. In another bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, butter, lemon peel and juice. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.

    4. Fill paper-lined muffin pan to ¾ full.

    5. In another bowl, make topping by combining flour, and sugar. Cut in butter until it’s crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    6. Cool for several minutes before removing from pan.

    7. While cooling, make glaze by whisking lemon juice and powdered sugar together. Drizzle over muffins and ENJOY!
