How To Make Bison and Sweet Potato Hash Recipe
Hearty and flavorful dish packed with protein and nutrients using bison and sweet potato.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet or cast iron pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add diced sweet potatoes and cook until tender, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.

Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add ground bison to the pan and continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked, stirring frequently for another 10-15 minutes.
