How To Make Bojangles’ Cajun Filet Biscuit

A crispy chicken filet on a fluffy biscuit, seasoned with delicious Cajun spices.

Ingredients

  • 4 Bojangles’ Cajun seasoned chicken filets
  • 4 large buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 4 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Toast the biscuits in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

  3. Cook the chicken filets according to the package instructions.

  4. While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in a pan.

  5. Once the biscuits are toasted, spread the melted butter generously on each half.

  6. Place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.

  7. When the chicken is done, place one filet on top of each cheese slice.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
