How To Make Israeli Egg Salad Recipe

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs into small chunks.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Add the egg chunks to the seasoning mixture and mix together.

  4. Spoon the egg salad onto a plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
