  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Add the canned salmon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is golden brown and set in the middle.
