  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Unroll pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Layer bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour mixture over bacon and cheese.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
