  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, eggs, almond flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop cabbage mixture into the skillet and flatten each pancake with a spatula.

  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
