Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel halves and set aside.

  2. Spread cream cheese on the top half of each bagel.

  3. Layer smoked salmon on the bottom half of each bagel.

  4. Add sliced tomato, red onion, and fresh spinach on top of the salmon.

  5. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bagel.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
