  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 1 minute, or until the edges start to set.

  4. Gently scramble the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges towards the center.

  5. Continue stirring and folding the eggs until they are almost fully cooked but still slightly runny.

  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.

  7. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

  8. Serve the scrambled eggs hot and enjoy!
