- 1 oz espresso, or extra strong brewed coffee
- 1 oz whole milk
- sugar, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee.
- Steam or heat the milk in a pot until it's as hot as possible without bringing it to a boil.
- Pour the milk over the coffee. Add sugar to taste.
- Serve warm with a side of cookies, and enjoy!
