Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into thin medallions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add pork medallions to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.

  4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pork in the skillet and stir to coat the pork evenly.

  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.

  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
