How To Make Gammon with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of gammon
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.

  2. Season the gammon slices with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the gammon slices for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

  4. In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  5. Serve the grilled gammon slices with the pineapple salsa on top.

  6. Enjoy!
