A quick and easy stir-fry recipe packed with savory flavors of ground pork and crunchy broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar and ½ cup of water.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground pork until brown and crispy.

  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.

  4. Add broccoli florets, stir for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.

  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan, stir for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve hot with rice.
