Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through.

  3. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pork and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.

  4. Serve the sticky soy & honey pork over steamed rice or with noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions.
