- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
