How To Make Applesauce Pork Chops

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork chops with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Place the seared pork chops in a baking dish and spread applesauce over each chop.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
