How To Make Marinated Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and black pepper.

Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all the chops are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and transfer them to a baking dish. Discard the marinade.

Bake the pork chops for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
