  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil, for frying
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Place flour in a shallow dish and dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off any excess.

  3. Dip each chop into beaten eggs, coating both sides.

  4. Press each chop into breadcrumbs, ensuring it is fully coated.

  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  6. Fry pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Transfer the cooked chops to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
