Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  3. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and spoon the thickened sauce over them.

  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
