Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, bok choy)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced pork and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  3. In another skillet, heat some vegetable oil and add the mixed greens. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.

  4. Serve the cooked pork over a bed of garlic and ginger greens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
