  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the pork tenderloin pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
