How To Make Quick & easy Korean Pork

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked white rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Return the cooked pork slices to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  5. Serve the Korean pork over cooked white rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
