- 4 beef cube steaks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each steak into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
