How To Make Sheet Pan Steak and Fries

A delicious one-pan dish, this steak and fries, made with mouthwatering tender pork and crisp-soft fries, makes a filling dinner that’s ready in no time.

  • 2russet potatoes,cut into 8 wedges
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • salt,to taste
  • pepper,to taste
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tspItalian Seasoning
  • ½cupParmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • 4top sirloin steaks,1-inch thick, patted dry
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
  • 4tbspgarlic butter,to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place the potatoes in a single layer onto one of a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, gently tossing to combine.

  3. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, tossing occasionally.

  4. Preheat the oven to broil.

  5. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, to taste, and place onto the opposite side of the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Place into the oven and broil for about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until the steak is browned and charred at the edges or until desired doneness.

  7. Serve immediately with garlic butter, and top with parsley. Enjoy!
