Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flap steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Rub the mixture all over the steak, making sure to coat both sides.

  4. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  6. Slice the steak across the grain into thin strips.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
