Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.

  6. Brush the cooked tuna steaks with the thickened marinade and remove from heat.

  7. Drizzle sesame oil and honey over the tuna steaks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  8. Serve the marinated tuna steaks hot, alongside your desired side dishes.
