How To Make Marinated Boneless Chuck Steak

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chuck steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, and black pepper.

  2. Place the chuck steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

  5. Grill the steak for about 7-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
