Ingredients

  • 4 steak cuts (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to high heat.

  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic.

  4. Grill or pan-sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your desired doneness.

  5. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.

  6. Place a dollop of the soy-ginger butter on top of each steak and let it melt over the hot steak.
